These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the grocery ordering and delivery service provided by Rowhouse Run LLC (“Rowhouse Run,” “we,” “us”). By using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Rowhouse Run lets you order groceries from participating stores for delivery. Prices, availability, and delivery times are estimates and may change.

Accounts

You verify your identity using your mobile phone number and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone and account secure.

SMS messaging program terms

• By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Rowhouse Run, including one-time verification codes and order, delivery, and courier notifications.
• Message frequency varies based on your account activity and orders.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and then stop sending messages. Reply START to re-subscribe.
• Reply HELP for help, or email support@rowhouserun.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may vary.

Mobile information, including your phone number, will never be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Payments

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for orders you place, including items, applicable fees, and taxes.
